@romans1164e Actually a supercharged uses a lot of the engines performance meaning that more is wasted on powering the supercharger lowering the fuel economy. Turbo chargers are a lot better as they don't require any where near as much power from the engine to run.

a supercharger forces more air into the cylinder during the gas/air mix to improve power and gas mileage, which should have little bearing on what acetone would be doing. so the answer would be yes.
